Below you can find files corresponding to the offline version of INDI. Each file is gzip-compressed tab-separated file. Each file corresponds to our surce database either sequences or metadata. The header file in each case describes all the fields further below. The only source that does not contain metadata field are the NGS sequences, since these consist of just seven bioprojects, we advice the users to pick them up directly from the publication.
